The Transylvania County Board of Education will hold a special meeting on Wednesday, November 16, 2011, at 11:30 a.m. in the Brevard High School Cafeteria, located at 609 Country Club Road, Brevard. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss endorsement of the Transylvania Sports and Recreation Foundation's planned fundraising campaign, which is targeted at providing turf for the Brevard Memorial Stadium at Brevard High School.
The meeting is open to the public.
